Wensleydale is a rare English breed of sheep with incredibly long, silky, lustrous locks
 
This fleece has been washed and the locks opened by the wonderful family at Rampisham Mill.
 
Due to its staple length of between 15-20cm it hasnt been carded for fear of tangling up the mills machines!
 
This is lovely for spinning, felting and weaving alike
