SHIPPING & RETURNS
Some items are made to order so can take a week to get made and sent out.
 So if you have a deadline for your product please let me know via the contact form so I can try and accommodate speedy delivery

Everything is sent Royal Mail second class free
​
 For any undamaged items that need returning please send me a message so we can try and resolve any issues.
Next step is to simply return it along with all original packaging within 14 days from the date you received it and I will exchange it for something of the same value or offer a refund via the original payment method
 
Once the item is back with me and checked over, I'll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved I'll send the refund but please be aware that your bank or credit card company may have a delay on processing the refund too.

I am not responsible for the returns costs unless of course the problem with the item is my fault
(eg wrong item sent, incorrect personalisation)
 
If the item is damaged during transit please let me know as soon as possible and I'll start the dispute process with the courier

Unless incorrectly personalised by myself, refunds are not offered on personalised items

CARE FOR WOODEN JEWELLERY
All the wooden pendants I have made are treated with food safe oil
(I only use hemp and rapeseed, if you are allergic please let me know)
​
I do not recommend wearing it in water
If it needs re-oiling I suggest dabbing the following oils onto a cloth and applying, allowing to soak in and the wiping away and residue before wearing
* hemp
* rapeseed
* walnut
* beeswax

CARE FOR WOOLLEN GARMENTS
If you can get away with spot washing the dirty patch then do that first
If it needs a full clean do NOT use the washing machine but luke warm water with wool detergent, rinse with clean warm water and dry flat 
With the collars and waistcoats they do need to dry pronto due to the skin so gently wring out as much water as possible then hang on a hanger safely near a radiator

NOTE ON PAINTED ITEMS
The slates and horseshoes are suitable for exterior and interior living.
When hanging the slates please be aware they are breakable so
* make sure wind cant swing them off their hook or into something
* if using screws, do not tighten too much as the pressure will crack it
​
The painted wooden pegs (if in laundry use) bring inside after use as constant exposure to the elements will cause damage.

WORKSHOPS
These are in person events and refunds for cancellations made by the guest will only be refunded if a week or more notice is given.
In the unlikely event you do not like the workshop, I will offer an exchange for another or money back if an agreement cant be met.
If I have to cancel, a free ticket to the next available workshop will be offered or a full refund.
